So, here's what we did to achieve these results

Our AI + SEO Strategy for Konnect eMail

When Konnect eMail came to us, the challenge wasn’t just rankings, it was standing out in a category where bigger brands dominate mindshare. They also wanted to grow in specific geographies (US, Germany, Canada, Australia), and needed content that could compete in quality and depth.

We began by:

  • Understanding product positioning inside the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook + SharePoint workflows)
  • Mapping buyer intent (compliance, governance, productivity, filing, records management)
  • Running deep competitor analysis to identify content gaps, page gaps, and messaging gaps
  • Identifying the AI discovery “surfaces” that mattered most for this category (ChatGPT-style evaluation queries + AI Overviews style summaries)

To win AI visibility, we focused on making it easy for AI systems to confidently associate Konnect eMail with the right use-cases and keywords.

This included work such as:

  • Creating and strengthening category signals (what the product is, where it fits, who it’s for)
  • Developing content that answers comparison-style and solution-selection prompts (the kind buyers ask AI tools)
  • Structuring pages to improve “extractability” (clear definitions, scannable sections, FAQs, crisp feature mapping)
  • Reinforcing entity credibility through consistent product naming, use-case language, and supporting detail across the site
